The Original Idea

When Intersport decided to launch a Free Home Delivery Service for the larger pieces of sports equipment they asked NHA to devise a solution.

Because of the need to quickly and easily accommodate new ranges, it was agreed to provide a special, free-standing in-store unit for each of the 330 shops together with a separate 16pp brochure.

The in-store unit carries 33 loose A4 leaves, laminated for longevity, and drilled to go into the lectern. NHA delivers a complete, collated set to each store, complete with screen printed and tabbed dividers.

The same repro is used to produce 40,000 16pp brochures featuring around 100 transparencies.

One particular feature of the design we had to overcome was how to homogenise the photography. As all the pictures are supplied by the manufacturers they feature all sorts of backgrounds; some have people, some don't. The solution was to cut-out all of the pics and replace the background.
